1. Order Processing Time
- Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Saturday).
- Cut-off Time: Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (EST).
- Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or federal holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s portal. Tracking information typically updates within 48-72 hours of shipment.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your Nexlon product arrives damaged during transit, or if your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us immediately at support@nexlon.shop. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, arrange a free replacement.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For domestic orders within the US, sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Nexlon is not responsible for any additional local customs or import duties imposed after the package has left our fulfillment center.
